Come along on an insect hunting trail throughout the Museum!
We’ve hidden some tiny insects and arachnids throughout the museum so grab a copy of the trail and a pencil from the front desk and get hunting high and low.
Return your paperwork back to staff to enter the prize draw!
Did you know that insects make up over 80% of the terrestrial species on Earth and we need them! Insects include bees, ants, butterflies, grasshoppers, and beetles, among many others.
While at the Museum, continue to learn more about insects and visit Sixteen Legs an exhibition that takes you into a world of mystery and darkness, where some of Australia’s strangest ancient creatures still survive unseen.
