Tuesday Curatorial: Stirling Terrace Historical Walk
Free | Gold coin donations are welcome
Location
Starting location Co-op Building at the Museum of the Great Southern
Join us for a guided historical walk along Stirling Terrace, one of Albany’s most significant heritage streets.
Along the way, hear stories about the buildings that line the terrace, the history of the rotunda, and some of the notable events that have taken place right in the heart of the town.
The walk will conclude at a local café for optional morning tea where you can swap stories.
Note: We recommend participants wear comfortable shoes, bring a water bottle and appropriate sun/rain protection.
Presented by Malcolm Traill, Venetia Marshall & Rachel Angelini.
