A spectacular virtual reality adventure that takes viewers on a once-in-a-lifetime journey to the mysterious continent of Antarctica will open at the Museum of the Goldfields on Saturday 30 March.

The Western Australian Museum will bring to life the extraordinary dinosaurs of the Earth’s Cretaceous period in a spine-tingling, custom-made exhibition featuring more than 20 life-size animatronic models.

The Western Australian Museum has teamed up with Cirque du Soleil ® for a fun-filled Bug Wonders Workshop to be held at the WA Museum – Perth on Wednesday, May 1.

Cirque du Soleil is currently in Perth with OVO™, a show which takes audiences into the colourful world of insects.

The Western Australian Museum – Geraldton will celebrate Seaweek with a range of activities including a special Small Fry session and fish feeding from March 3 to 9.
