Fostering social connection through culture and history.

We're excited for you to join us as we develop our new community program, Making Memories.  This program is designed to offer a welcoming and supportive museum experience for individuals living with dementia and their care partners.  As we continue to refine the structure and content, we welcome anyone who is interested in being part of this journey.

What to expect

  • A relaxed and self-paced exploration of our galleries, guided by our trained and friendly volunteers.
  • Engaging and interactive sensory experiences designed to encourage reminiscence and storytelling.
  • A safe and comfortable environment with quiet spaces and seating areas to ensure a relaxing visit. We are committed to making the experience enjoyable for everyone.

After your visit, take a break at Epoch Café and enjoy a cozy chat over coffee and snacks (available for purchase).

At Boola Bardip, we believe in creating dementia friendly communities. Our Making Memories program is perfect for people living with dementia and their caregivers to create meaningful connections through history, culture and shared moments.
