WA’s biggest celebration of Aboriginal art returns to the heart of Boorloo (Perth) with a vibrant open-air market on the shaded forecourt of WA Museum Boola Bardip.

Don't miss this rare opportunity to purchase original artworks directly from art centres and independent artists, with all proceeds supporting artists and their communities.

Brought to you by the Aboriginal Art Centre Hub of WA (AACHWA), Revealed is a vital platform for Aboriginal artists, many from remote and regional communities, to share their work with new audiences.

More than 40 stallholders will present artworks such as paintings, textiles, jewellery, ceramics, sculpture, fashion and more, alongside a full program of dance, music, talks and activities.

Meet the artists, listen to their stories, and explore the rich diversity of Aboriginal culture.

Visit the accompanying Revealed Exhibition – featuring more than 100 artworks by new and emerging Aboriginal artists – just a short stroll away at PICA from 18 April until 14 June.

About Revealed

Revealed: New and Emerging WA Aboriginal Artists celebrates the diversity, talent and passion of Aboriginal art practice in Western Australia. Established in 2008, this annual program brings together Aboriginal art centres and independent artists from across the state to Perth for an exhibition, art market, professional development program and more.

Revealed provides a significant platform for Aboriginal artists to celebrate their identity, share their stories and connect with new audiences, with 100% of artwork sales directly supporting artists and their communities.

Since 2023, Revealed is proudly Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander-led and governed, delivered under the custodianship of the Aboriginal Art Centre Hub of WA (AACHWA) – the peak advocacy and development body for Aboriginal art centres in the state.

As the only program of its kind in WA, Revealed has grown into an unmissable event on the national arts calendar.
