Join Nyoongar artist, Charlie Colbung, through a guided art workshop, creating your own piece of art while enjoying light refreshments, as we celebrate NAIDOC Week 2022!
Charlie's style is contemporary and spiritual, raising awareness and educating through telling stories of his personal life and Nyoongar culture.
During this workshop, participants will:
- Learn painting and colour techniques using primary colours.
- Learn about NAIDOC Week and what it means to Get Up, Stand Up, Show Up!
- Listen and learn about Nyoongar culture and the significance of spirituality through art.
- Create your own piece of artwork to take home.
This workshop includes light refreshments.
