Join us as we trace the history of the Western Australian Museum from its inception in 1891 to today.
Uncover the deeper stories behind some of its most treasured objects and the changing ethics which underlie our modern mission as a museum.
Explore the stories behind old Museum favourites including our Parthenon Marbles replica, beloved Bison and the Old Perth Gaol, considering them through the lens of complex issues such as repatriation, colonial collections and their display, and sustainable taxidermy.
