First Stories in the Yarning Circle
Join our volunteers and staff for a storytelling experience that celebrates Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voices - through the words of authors, illustrators, and community stories.
Inspired by our name, Boola Bardip - meaning ‘many stories’ in Whadjuk Nyoongar, the Country on which the Museum stands — this is a moment to introduce your child to cultural stories, and share in the spirit of the yarning circle, located at the centre of our Ngalang Koort Boodja Wirn gallery.
