Join Professor Andrew Woods, technical lead on the survey of numerous WA wrecks and manager of the HIVE visualisation facility at Curtin University.

Discover how virtual reality technologies offer countless opportunities for audiences to understand underwater heritage sites such as shipwrecks.

In this engaging session, you will be introduced to advanced image processing techniques while Professor Woods reveals shipwrecks in a way they have never been available before, from the Batavia (1629), HMAS AE1 (1914), HMAS Sydney (II) and HSK Kormoran (1941).

Your ticket includes a tea or coffee from Epoch café.
