Rev up your engines for a high-speed race adventure!
Spend the day with the gang from SPACEJUMP, turning the floor into custom-built racetracks before racing augmented reality karts through the circuits. Combining physical cars with a virtual race. Experience all the fun of Mario Kart in a new and exciting way.
During this drop and leave program, participants will:
- Work together to brainstorm, design and build racetracks
- Get creative with arts and crafts to decorate their racetracks
- Race augmented reality karts using a Nintendo Switch
Don't forget to bring a water bottle and your lunch.

Drop and leave programs
Drop and leave programs enable juniors to experience the Museum independently, discover and learn something new in an area of interest and access materials and resources that would not normally be available at home. All programs are managed and monitored by our experienced Learning and Engagement staff.
