Embark on journey beneath the waves in a sensory-friendly environment designed to accommodate both children and adults.

Our Quiet Morning sessions, in the OceanXperience exhibition, offer a calm and welcoming space, tailored for those with sensory needs, featuring:

  • Reduced crowds
  • Interactives will be turned down where possible
  • A designated quiet area for breaks
  • Sensory map to assist with navigation of the exhibition.

Connect with this highly interactive exhibition that looks at how oceans are explored and why it matters.

We welcome visitors of all abilities and aim to provide an inclusive, accessible and enjoyable experience for everyone. While all ages are welcome, children must be accompanied by an adult guardian.

The Museum has collaborated with the Autism Association of Western Australia to develop inclusive support for year-round visits. For more resources and information, visit the Autism Association of Western Australia website.
