Inviting children to contribute their spark of joy and light to a collective children's artwork that looks toward a brighter future.

As part of the inaugural Perth Art Weekend, the Children for Children Mandala will travel across Western Australia, working with school-aged children and those at Perth Children's Hospital to develop a collaborative art piece representing their shining light and aspirations for a brighter future.

This exciting collaboration will culminate in a two-day celebration of joy and creativity at WA Museum Boola Bardip across the Perth Art Weekend. You're invited to join the fun.

This artwork, led by artist Elina El Dader, offers Western Australian children the chance to add a golden star to the collective artwork, representing their shining light and aspirations for a brighter future. The artwork will travel between venues, engaging young minds and nurturing a sense of community and empathy.

The final piece will be auctioned at the 2024 Telethon Gala event, with all proceeds dedicated to supporting initiatives to improve the lives of children in need.

Join us to help create a meaningful symbol of hope and solidarity among the children of Western Australia!

This project is supported by Dr Fiona Stanley and Dr Noel Nannup.
