Through tracks, conversation and live insights into production and performance, discover how electronic music became a powerful part of her recovery journey. Explore how changing the soundtrack can transform an experience, and how music has the power to reshape the way we see ourselves and the world around us.
About PROJECT BEXX
Boorloo artist PROJECT BEXX is an award-winning electronic producer, DJ, and vocalist delivering heavy club tracks wrapped in a "punk barbie" aesthetic. Blending hip-hop bravado with ethereal harmonies, she writes, produces, and mixes everything herself—proving you don't need industry gatekeepers to create a club-ready world. A WAAPA-trained performance maker, BEXX blurs the line between rave culture and theatre.
Winning multiple WA Music Awards, plus a National Australian Women in Music Studio Excellence nomination. She is also an award winning theatre director, composer, and sound designer, earning top Fringe honors across Australia and a sold-out Edinburgh season. Beyond the stage, BEXX mentors youth via the APRA AMCOS Songmakers team, and through Boss Arts Creative. She commands festival stages and teaches the next generation to do the same.
With unmatched theatricality, PROJECT BEXX is fiercely pushing the limits of live electronic music.
