Space, the vast and mysterious expanse beyond Earth's atmosphere, has captivated the imagination of humanity for centuries. To celebrate the To The Moon exhibition, join us with all the family to investigate all things space!
Ignite the spark of curiosity in the minds of tomorrow's explorers with hands-on activities and interactive exhibits designed to engage and educate. Whether you're a seasoned stargazer or a fledgling space cadet, there's something for everyone at Space Lab.
Come ignite your imagination, spark your curiosity and reach for the stars!
Join the WA Museum Boola Bardip, Perth Observatory, the Desert Fireball Network and Curtin University for some exciting activities and exhibits!
- Look through a solar telescope with the Perth Observatory!
- Learn about Citizen Science and how you can engage with space at home!
- Make your own constellation tube
- Learn about asteroids and meteors!
- Create an asteroid to sail through the sky
- Learn about meteor showers and the pathways of meteors through the sky
- Touch a meteorite sample and play a game of Meteorite or Meteor wrong!
- Join us for two To the Moon story times in the Origins Gallery at 10.30am and 1.30pm.
