The Western Australian Museum welcomes your feedback, whether it is a comment, compliment, request for information, or complaint.
If you request for a response to your feedback or you make a complaint, we will:
- ensure you are treated fairly and with respect;
- aim to provide a response or have the complaint resolved, or advise you of the reason for any delay;
- respect your privacy and keep information about you confidential.
