Grand Final Breakfast: Making Footy History Door Prize Terms and Conditions
By participation of this competition, you are agreeing to the below Terms and Conditions.
The Western Australian Museum (WA Museum) is part of the Department of Local Government, Sports & Culture (DLGSC), its registered office is at WA Museum Boola Bardip, Perth Cultural Centre, Perth Western Australia 6000.
With the purchase of a ticket to the Grand Final Breakfast: Making Footy History you automatically enter the door prize competition for two tickets to the 2021 Toyota AFL Grand Final.
Event ticket holders who are 12 years of age and over are eligible. Anyone under the age of 18 must seek parental/legal guardian permission to accept the prize, in the event they win this prize.
The winner will be chosen at the Grand Final Breakfast: Making Footy History event in a draw conducted at the completion of the panel discussion by a selected panellists who have taken part in the discussion. The winner will be provided with the two tickets as part of the draw.
If a winner who has purchased a ticket but has not attended the event an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries for the door prize.
The WA Museum will seek permission to photograph, video and name the winner for publicity purposes, including for posting on social media and to supply to media outlets for publication.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. Transport to and from an event and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.
No employee of the DLGSC, or Trustee of the WA Museum is eligible to win the prize.
The WA Museum is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize.
The WA Museum reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the WA Museum’s control.
The WA Museum’s imposes the final decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
