It’s official, today we welcomed the 100,000th visitor to the remarkable Terracotta Warriors: Legacy of the First Emperor exhibition.
In just eight short weeks, this captivating exhibition has attracted visitors from across Australia and around the world with glowing feedback.
Not only are visitors coming to see the exhibition, but they are also taking part in the full season of public programming including after-dark events, group conversation and hands-on workshops.
We have had the joy of welcoming visitors of all ages and abilities and they have enjoyed the history, interactivity, digital experiences and, of course, the terracotta figures. Perhaps one of the most impressive elements is just how close you can get to the warriors.
Of course, don’t take out word for it, if you’re not one of the 100,000 visitors who has already enjoyed the exhibition, what are you waiting for? By a ticket today and see what the hype is about.
If you are one of our 100,000 visitors, spread the world and came again. There is so much to see, you may have missed something first time around.
Thank you to everyone who has visited so far and to everyone who is involved in helping make this exhibition the resounding success that it is, particularly the Western Australia Government, the Foundation for the WA Museum, the City of Perth and of course our colleagues in Shaanxi Province.
