As part of our public consultation for developing a new Disability Access and Inclusion Plan, the WA Museum is running a survey to obtain community feedback into the Plan.
If you are a person with a disability or their friend, family member, carer or a service provider we want to hear from you. We would like to find out more about the issues that are important to you and invite you to complete this survey.
The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete and will be available until Friday 31 August 2012.
