It's a special day to spend time with the grandparents - the nonni - on an outing that will warm their heart and delight their senses.
It's Nonna's Big Day Out, and we have a busy day of activity planned for seniors and their families to enjoy together, celebrating talent, tradition and community with food, family and friends.
Throughout the day, you can catch a Cook Like a Nonna demonstration on the big screen in the Maritime Theatre, watch a joyful Tarantella dance performance, and enjoy live music from local musicians performing classic Italian and English hits. There will also be a fascinating talk on the history of Italian cultural developments in Perth, plus the option to relax with a family movie screening.
Enjoy afternoon tea with delicious Italian-style cakes and tea snacks as the perfect treat to share on a heartwarming afternoon with your nonni.
