Get ready for a thrilling pirate-themed treasure hunt adventure!
Go back to the 80s and set out on a quest to find treasure with the Goonies — a group of misfit kids, thrown together as they escape classic bad guys and stumble into adventure.
It all starts with a treasure map and the search for a legendary pirate's long-lost treasure to get their families out of debt and stop them from being evicted by developers. The trouble is, the bad guys are also after the treasure. It's a race to the finish as the Goonies make their way through underground tunnels and passageways negotiating buccaneer One-Eyed Willy's many booby traps to keep the treasure hidden.
The enduring popularity of The Goonies is about the resourcefulness and camaraderie of the group of kids, bonded by adventure. This is one of the original cinematic influences on retro hits such as Stranger Things, which returns to 80s youth culture to reinvent this group adventure nostalgia for new audiences.
Enjoy this rollicking ride with the family taking in this classic adventure film from 1985.
