Explore the science and technology behind early cameras in a workshop that unravels the magic of photography.
Join us for a fun hands-on workshop with photography specialist, Richard Rennie and gain insights and learn techniques that early photographers used to create their images.
See fascinating demonstrations of vintage and antique cameras with hands-on opportunities to explore how these cameras were held and used.
Learn about the science of light and make your very own mini camera obscura (with a working lens) to take home.
Please note, all required materials are provided. Due to the materials used and the technical abilities required, this workshop is not suitable for children younger than 9 years.
