The story of the Fini family in Fremantle, commencing with Tony and continuing through two more generations, is boundless.
Join us as Tony’s eldest son, Don Fini, UWA academic Maria Rosaria Francomacaro and host Chenée Marrapodi discuss Tony’s personal journey from young migrant to trailblazing businessman and property developer, as well as shine a light on the many contributions made by the Italian diaspora community to Fremantle’s rich cultural life today.
"The first time I saw Tony Fini was the moment he stepped ashore in Australia. It was October 1951 and I was at the Fremantle quayside with my uncles and grandparents to welcome my Aunty Iolande from Italy. I watched as a young man walked down the gangplank and into the warm embrace of my Uncle Osvaldo."

Special thanks to Nadia Ranieri and Tony Fini.
