Join us in advocating this year’s 16 Days in WA theme, ‘Stopping Family and Domestic Violence: Play your part.’
The annual 16 Days in WA to Stop Violence Against Women campaign runs from 25 November, International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, to 10 December, Human Rights Day.
As a powerful and symbolic visual, the WA Shipwrecks Museum lawn will be painted orange—the global campaign colour to promote an end to gender-based violence. Additionally the Museum building, along with other prominent landmarks across Western Australia, will be illuminated in orange each evening.
