Discover FILMS IN FREMANTLE brought to life by LEGO®!

Fremantle’s famous icons have been given a big-screen twist. Follow the trail to find seven cinema-worthy Freo Builds (suitable for kids aged 2–12 years) and look out for special offers and bonus activities along the way. See what happens when Freo’s famous landmarks are reimagined by WA children and brought to life by Perth’s best LEGO® builders.

Start your trail

Start at one of two locations—Fremantle Town Hall OR the WA Maritime Museum—then collect your map and follow the adventure trail through Fremantle to discover seven LEGO® creations. Find and record the codewords on your trail map and don't forget to choose your favourite build!

Take your completed map and entry form to collect your FREE LEGO® toy* (for children only).

Cast your vote for a chance to win!

  • Scan the QR code on your trail map to vote for your favourite Freo Build to go into the draw to win great prizes*. The student whose build attracts the most votes will win The Ultimate Kids’ Excursion to Fremantle as part of our Freo Builds School Competition.

  • The Freo Builds Trail is a special free community event for families. Please be considerate of others and only book one session time per day for your family.

Freo Builds trail will go ahead in all weather

  • Wear comfy shoes and clothes and check the weather on the day. Pack your gumboots, rain coat, and umbrella, if needed!
