A sea of fun awaits at the Museum of Geraldton this summer

This summer, the Museum of Geraldton invites families to make a splash with a program packed full of creativity, discovery, and ocean-inspired fun.

From Friday 19 December 2025 through Monday 2 February 2026, young explorers can dive into hands-on activities that celebrate the wonders of the sea.

Imagine crafting your own Under the Sea Crown, adorned with shells, starfish, and shimmering sea creatures, perfect for ruling your reef!

For those who love a challenge, the We Like to Move It Trail will have families hunting through the galleries to uncover fins, claws, tails, and paws hidden in surprising places.

Scientists, big and small, will enjoy the sea exploration station during our Drop-in Science Hour. Uncover the incredible secrets of reef life by examining tiny organisms and large shells through a microscope and corals collected on a recent research expedition to the Houtman Abrolhos Islands.

With activities designed to spark curiosity and creativity, the Museum of Geraldton is the perfect destination for family fun these holidays.
