Through hands-on activities, participants will be guided safely through the fundamentals of electrical circuits before applying their skills to the design and creation of their paper circuits to take home.
So, what are you waiting for? Secure your spot in this high-voltage, yet very safe adventure!
During this program participants will:
- Be introduced to the basic principles of circuitry through the use of copper tape, gumdrop LED and coin cell batteries
- Design and create an interactive greeting card to take home
- Extend their skills further to produce a tiny theatre in a box to take home.
Drop and leave programs
Drop and leave programs enable juniors to experience the Museum independently, discover and learn something new in an area of interest and access materials and resources that would not normally be available at home. All programs are managed and monitored by our experienced Learning and Engagement staff.
