Whether you're a budding scientist, a curious explorer, or just love to tinker and learn, the Biggest Science Lab Ever is an event you won't want to miss. Join us as we celebrate National Science Week, a fantastic time to dive into the exciting world of science and technology.
Explore our maker spaces, drop-in zones, exhibitions, and pop-up shows, plus listen in as experts share their knowledge. There's so much to see and do!

What's on
- The Ammonites From the halls of Dinosaur University to packed-out venues, The Ammonites are turning the fossil record into a setlist, and they’re just getting started. With a debut EP, a growing online following, The Ammonites are turning up the volume on science to 11… and science has never sounded so good!
Performing two 30-minute sets at 12pm and 2pm followed by a short tour to meet some of Boola Bardip's prehistoric friends!

Activities for all ages presented by:
- Plants For Space's seven-year goal is to enable humans to survive and thrive in Space, through developing new plant forms, products, and uses; and leading a global community that transforms plant performance and sustainability, on and off Earth. They plan to achieve this goal through four missions that guide our research endeavours.
