Join us for a bespoke performance excerpt from Tura's The Journey Down with visiting artists from across Australia.
Taking place in the Three Journeys exhibition, you will see Warnarral Ngoorrngoorrool (Gija for old car) played and accompanied by powerful performances from Miriwoong and Gija songmen and dancers Chris Griffiths, Andrew Daylight and Preben Ningarmarra, Yamatji Didjeridoo virtuoso Mark Atkins with leading Australian musicians Tristen Parr and Vanessa Tomlinson, interwoven with animation and video design from Sohan Ariel Hayes.
This performance will transport you to new worlds in a celebration of intercultural collaboration, the vibrancy of our regional communities and the stories and sounds that connect us.
Performances taking place inside the Three Journeys exhibition lasting 10 minutes per performance at approximately 11.30am, 12pm and 12.30pm.
