Have you got a story to tell? Ever wondered how your favourite podcast is made?
In this two-day workshop participants develop the skills needed to craft an entertaining podcast inspired by the stories found within WA Museum Boola Bardip.
We will start the day by exploring the Museum’s exhibitions, some of the most intriguing, surprising and emotional stories from Western Australia’s history. Then, you will learn how to tell stories, script, interview, host and record to make your very own podcast!
After the workshop you will leave knowing how to set up a sound recorder, ensure your microphone is getting the best results, edit your recording to smooth out any bumps and most importantly, how to make your story heard.
Participants will have their projects emailed out to them within a few days of completing the workshop.
Note:
All participants should arrive with a drink bottle and packed lunch as they would when going to school. This is a drop-off holiday program.
Location: Woodside Learning Studios
If you register for a tour, program or an event, general entry is included in your booking.
