Set your alarm clock for a meditative sunrise listening session with Jane Sharl and Josiah Padmanabham.

In partnership with Tone List for the 2025 Audible Edge Festival, Boola Bardip presents an experimental concert series set against the backdrop of the rising sun, perched in the highest reaches of our eastern terrace.

Start your day early with a coffee in hand, take a moment to reflect and watch Boorloo’s east metropolitan area light up from the base of the hills to the steps of the Museum.

Accompanying the sunrise, special guest Jane Stark will create an evolving soundscape using electronic sounds to make the strings of an electric grand piano sing. As the sun climbs higher, and the sound world grows and evolves, she'll be joined by Josiah Padmanabham. Josiah will interact with Jane's electronics by playing the piano itself.

A new commission for the festival through the Audible Edge Seed Fund, this is your chance to see an exciting emerging musician explore new ideas in an incredible setting.

The Level 3 terrace nook (indoors, warm and undercover) transforms into a serene performance space for this 90 minute experience.
