Taste of Country: A Culinary Journey

To celebrate our newest exhibition, Three Journeys, we are hosting an exquisite culinary experience where guests will taste their way through a perfectly crafted menu inspired by native ingredients with paired cocktails.
Join us for a unique standing degustation experience outside our gallery space inspired by fresh native ingredients and curated by Executive Chef, Stephen Watson from Heyder & Shears.
Taste your way through four expertly crafted cocktails and enjoy a ceviche station with bright seasonal ingredients, including fresh seafood, finger lime pearls and saltbush dust. Mingle with other guests while savouring four standing bowl dishes, and end the night with a delectable sweet treat.
The ticket price includes access to our Three Journeys exhibition and entertainment throughout the evening.
