Welcome to Tinker Lab, a haven for hands-on exploration and creativity.

Designed for curious minds of all ages to dive into the world of tinkering, experimenting, and inventing. From getting on the tools, building structures, or solving creative challenges, Tinker Lab is the place to be in these school holidays, so roll up your sleeves and let the tinkerer in you go wild! 

No bookings are required, just pop up to Level 3 and dive into a world of tinkering fun.

You can also join us for Tinker Lab and Friends.

On these special days, we will be joined by some fantastic exhibitors to inspire creative thinking, curiosity, and discovery. 

Thursday 18 January - Music Making  
Lets investigate the different ways music can be made! Join Junkadelic to make and play junk instruments, have a go on our banana piano and investigate sounds on the sound matt!     

Thursday 25 January - Animation and Character Creation
Create a character with Milktooth School of Art and Stories! Join us to investigate the way animation is made with Thaumatropes.
