Spiders in our City | Gold coin donation
Grab your trail sheet from the Museum of the Goldfields or the Kalgoorlie-Boulder Visitor Centre, and go on an exciting adventure along Hannan Street! Scan the QR codes to uncover the questions.
Spider Hunt | Free
Think you know spiders? Put your skills to the test by searching the Museum and gardens for giant hidden spiders. Find them all and answer the questions attached to their webs. Once you've completed the hunt, bring your sheet to the front counter for a special stamp!
Peacock Spider and Spider Web Art | Free
Did you know peacock spiders perform incredible dances? Get crafty and create your very own Peacock Spider and their friends with their own web. Plus take out and answer the questions attached to their web. Change to find them all!
One spider pack per child.
Rule the Spiders! | Free
Get ready to rule the arachnid kingdom with your very own spider crown! Colour and craft your crown, adding your favourite spider decorations. Then wear it with pride and show off your new spider royal status!
Spider Quiet Time | Free
Take a break and relax in our cozy reading corner. Enjoy some spider-themed stories or get hands-on with Spider games and activities. Play Tic-Tac-Legs, Web Wobble or Operation Save The Bugs. This zone is perfect for winding down after an exciting visit!
Participants aged 12 and under must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
