National Reconciliation Week 2024

This year's National Reconciliation Week theme, Now More Than Ever, is a call to action for all Australians.

Now, more than ever, the pursuit of justice and rights for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people will continue. It is a reminder to not give up when things are tough.  We can each take tangible actions towards an equitable future in our everyday lives - where we live, work and socialise.

Now more than ever, we must call out racism when and where we see it, actively reinforce the voices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples and create a better understanding of our shared history.

We need connection. We need respect. We need action. And we need change.  Now more than ever, we need reconciliation.

Join us at the WA Museum as we celebrate National Reconciliation Week 2024!
