Join UWA Senior Lecturer of Classics and Ancient History, Neil O’Sullivan, for an afternoon of poetry and competition.
The Ancient Greeks loved to compete, as the exhibition Ancient Greeks: Athletes, Warriors and Heroes illustrates. This talk explores the spirit of competition through the eyes of one of their earliest poets, Homer.
