Looking for fun, educational activities to enjoy with your toddler in Perth? The WA Museum Boola Bardip is the perfect place to explore, play and learn together — every day.

Designed with little visitors (and their grown-ups) in mind, the Museum makes family outings easy and enjoyable. There’s always something to spark curiosity and delight young minds!

The Museum is open daily from 9.30am to 5pm, with flexible drop-in entry so you can visit when it suits your routine, or you can explore one of the activities below.

We’ve got all the essentials covered:

  2. Baby change facilities on every level
  3. A parents’ room with feeding facilities
  4. Parking available at the State Library car park

Need a break? Recharge with coffee and snacks from Epoch Café, perfect for a mid-adventure pause.

Join us for a half-hour of story-telling, the ideal opportunity to introduce your child to the wonder of the written and spoken word amongst the colourful Museum galleries.

Make a splash in our ocean-themed play space designed especially for children aged 0–5. Connected to the OceanXperience exhibition, this relaxed drop-in area invites little explorers to dive into imaginative undersea adventures through play.
