Perth Design Week 2024: Education Design Day

Bring your class to take part in an exciting day of design at Boola Bardip, as we act as education host for the 2024 Perth Design Week!

Across the day, students will participate in hands-on, real-world learning activities relating to design forms such as architecture and product design, highlighting the design thinking process. 

Your class will rotate through activities across the day, getting a taster for different aspects of design. Activities will include a facilitated 'Innovative Product Design' workshop with a museum educator, a facilitated visit to the Innovations gallery, opportunities for self-guided exploration of the museum with an architecture trail or to visit our Design Week 2024 exhibition WA Homes - S, M, L, as well as a design challenge to complete. 

Please note, teachers will be emailed a class timetable one week prior to the day. This is an example of what a day might look like.
