Join us to explore our historical fascination with the moon, showcasing the Museum of the Moon installation created by artist Luke Jerram.

The installation measures seven metres in diameter and features detailed NASA imagery of the lunar surface. At an approximate scale of 1:500,000, each centimetre of the internally lit spherical sculpture represents 5km of the moon’s surface.

See the moon up close with models and artefacts, including a real piece of the moon, and celebrate the important historic milestone with the Apollo 11 mission to the 2024 NASA next-generation moon exploration.

Visit the exhibition with your class to delve further into the moon, space and NASA.
